By accessing or using Brandstaq (“the Service”), operated by The Staq Technologies Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Brandstaq provides AI-powered content generation including video, image, and text creation. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and may require review before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.
You retain ownership of your brand assets (logos, brand kits) and the content generated through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your brand data for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service uses a token-based billing system. Tokens are consumed when generating content. Token costs vary by the AI models and features used. Subscription plans include a monthly token allocation. Additional tokens can be purchased as needed. Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
